The Missouri SMP has exciting news to share! It could make managing your Medicare even easier while helping protect you from fraud. It’s called the “SMP Medicare Tracker”. It’s a free app you can download right to your smartphone. With this easy-to-use tool, you’ll be able to keep track of your medical visits, monitor your Medicare information, and report suspicious activity. All from the palm of your hand!

Think of it as a digital version of the “My Health Care Tracker”. The app has added features designed to make fraud prevention more interactive and fun.

What’s Inside the App?

  • Fraud Report Form – See something that doesn’t look right on your MSN? You can send a report straight to the Missouri SMP.
  • SMP Fraud Busters Game – Test your fraud-spotting skills! Learn how to avoid scams in common everyday situations.
  • Educational Videos – Short, easy to understand videos walk you through tips on how to recognize and prevent fraud.
  • Word Games and Puzzles – Learning about fraud prevention doesn’t have to be boring! These features keep it fun and engaging.
  • Scam Alerts & Tips – Get practical advice on how to avoid common scams & tricks.

Whether you’re keeping track of your own care or helping a loved one, this app puts helpful tools and fraud protection right at your fingertips.
